Rental conditions

• Minimum rental period is 24 hours and maximum period is unlimited. For longer rental period we can offer special prices.
• All the vehicles have casco and motor third party liability insurance, it is valid in whole of Europe. There are no extras for insurance.
• Service is available round the clock. During working hours (every day from 8.00 till 18.00 )  car delivery in Vilnius city is 20 Lt. After working hours, delivery in Vilnius is 30 Lt. Out of town :40 Lt + 1 Lt/km during working hours:60 Lt + 1 Lt/km after working hours.
• Unlimited mileage
• There is no charge for an additonal driver. Should you require additional drivers to be authorised by Autograta, this must be done at the start of your rental.
• Documents required - passport or ID card and driving licence. Juridical/legal persons must provide a warrant to represent the organisation.
• Minimum drivers age 21 with at least two years driving experience.
• Payment is possible in cash or by wire transfer.
• If car keys or documents are lost or otherwise abandoned, the renter must pay 400 litas surcharge.
• Due to the value of a specific car, the customer has to leave a an extra amount of money as a deposit (from 500 Lt to 1500 Lt), which shall be repayed when the customer returns an undamaged car.
• The renters liability in case of an accident caused by his quilty is from 1000 to 1500 litas (depends on the car you choose).
• Baby seats are available for hire. Renting a car baby seats are free of charge.
